Set up your winter golf league

1. Choose Indoor simulator when creating your league.
2. Add a group for each simulator software and agree on the required settings.
3. Import and verify your simulator course scorecards, then choose a course and tee for each week.
4. Add golfers and teams. Choose gross play or approved indoor handicaps.
5. Schedule bay sessions or a weekly play window, review scores, and publish results.

Can we play a different course every week?

Yes. Choose each week’s verified course layout and tee. Opened events retain their original course and handicap settings.

Can golfers play from home?

Yes. Home and venue players can share a competition group when they use the same software, approved course rendition and required settings. Home scores include simulator result evidence for review.

Does TeeLedger automatically connect to my simulator?

Course setup uses verified shared layouts, reviewed image/PDF or CSV imports, and manual entry. Availability varies by platform. TeeLedger does not control your simulator or promise a complete automatic course catalog.

Do simulator rounds change outdoor handicaps?

No. Indoor league handicaps and results remain separate. They are not presented as official outdoor Handicap Index values.

Can we still run our outdoor league?

Yes. Choose Outdoor for the familiar outdoor league workflow. Indoor leagues are separate workspaces and can use a copied or imported roster.
