Move a golfer from Needs substitute to a real substitute or Ghost outcome through the shared coverage workflow.

The process

Do it in three checks

  1. 01

    Open the right area

    Go to Calendar, then Substitute coverage in the active league.

  2. 02

    Complete the action

    Open the request, notify or select an eligible substitute, approve the claim, or assign a Ghost with a reason.

  3. 03

    Verify the result

    The coverage board, pairing, scorecard access, and public grouping should agree on the replacement.
