The process
Do it in three checks

Open the right area
Go to People, then Import data in the active league.

Complete the action
Upload the source, resolve validation warnings and duplicates, review all staged rows, then approve and commit once.

Verify the result
Compare the resulting roster with the source file and retain the import audit record.
